Do you have the leadership skills to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy nursery while maintaining high standards of care and education?

Are you qualified to Level 3 CCLD as a minimum, with a Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards one?

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a welcoming nursery setting in Cwmbran that is committed to providing a safe, stimulating and caring environment for children to learn and develop. The nursery promotes a child-centred approach, encouraging positive relationships and creating opportunities for every child to thrive.

The nursery is looking to appoint a Nursery Manager on a permanent, full-time basis starting in September. Working five days per week, the successful Nursery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading staff, maintaining compliance and ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and early years education are consistently delivered.

The successful Nursery Manager will have:

• Minimum Level 3 CCLD qualification

• Level 5 qualification desirable

• Previous Nursery Manager or senior leadership experience within an early years setting

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

• A proactive and positive approach to nursery management
