Overall job purposeTo ensure that children and young people in Ynys Môn are central to everything we do, by conducting risk assessments for pupils aged 3-16 with physical impairments/needs in schools and specialist centres across Ynys Môn, and by assessing risk for pupils with challenging behavioural needs within Ynys Môn schools.
