Neath Port Talbot Council is recruiting an Education Welfare Officer to support schools in improving pupil attendance and removing barriers to engagement. You will work with schools, governors and families to ensure consistent attendance across your allocated caseload.
Based in a school setting, you will use MIS systems (SIMS/EMS/Capita One) and travel as required to meet with stakeholders across the county borough.
