Academics is partnering with a primary school in Torfaen to recruit a One-to-One Support Assistant for a September 2026 start. The role focuses on providing dedicated, individual support to a pupil who needs extra help to access the curriculum and stay engaged.
You will work closely with the class teacher, supporting phonics, reading, writing and maths, while helping the pupil build independence and confidence throughout the school day.
