Teacher Active is proud to be working with a Welsh-medium primary school in Monmouthshire that is looking for a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school provides a Welsh-speaking environment and is looking for someone who can confidently communicate in Welsh throughout the school day.

The school is looking to take on a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis, working one-to-one with a child in Year 3. The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will provide consistent classroom support, helping the pupil with their learning, engagement and development.

• Fluency in spoken Welsh
• Experience working with children on a one-to-one basis
• Experience supporting children within a primary school environment
• Strong communication skills
• A patient and supportive approach
• A positive and adaptable attitude
