Credit Controller
Location: Cwmbran
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: 4.5-day working week (early finish on Friday)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive Credit Controller to join their finance team in Cwmbran
. This role plays a vital part in maintaining cash flow while building strong relationships with customers.
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Allocating payments accurately
- Resolving invoice and payment queries
- Monitoring aged debt and producing reports
- Reducing debtor days and improving cash flow
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve disputes
- Previous experience in credit control
- Confident and professional telephone mannerli>
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
Offer:
- Salary £29,000 - £31,000
