Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: 4.5-day working week (early finish on Friday)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive Senior Credit Controller to join their finance team in Cwmbran
. This role plays a vital part in maintaining cash flow while building strong relationships with customers.

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts

• Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email

• Allocating payments accurately

• Resolving invoice and payment queries

• Monitoring aged debt and producing reports

• Reducing debtor days and improving cash flow

• Liaising with internal teams to resolve disputes

• Previous experience in credit control

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Organised with excellent attention to detail

• Salary £29,000 - £31,000

• 4.5-day working week with early finish on Fridays
