Care assistant​/senior care assistant

We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to support a number of Dementia care homes across South Wales on an ad hoc / zero-hour agency basis.

This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, reliable, and available at short notice to cover last-minute shifts.

Immediate start
Day and night shifts available 7-7 and/or 8-8
Shifts offered based on service requirements
Service Locations & Client Groups – Dementia care homes

Requirements

Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care or Level 3 for Senior care assistant
At least 6 months’ UK experience as a Care Assistant within the last 6 months
Ability to work flexibly and accept short-notice shifts
A caring, professional, and reliable approach
Pay Rate

£15.52 per hour (LTD rate) Inclusive of holiday pay and National Insurance
