Workwell is seeking a Recruitment Program Manager to lead a contingent workforce program within our MSP division based in Wales. You will coordinate between clients, suppliers, and contingent workers to deliver high-quality service and drive workforce strategy.
In this role you will manage onboarding, interviews, payroll issues, and data in the VMS system, while maintaining policy documentation and compliance with employment laws.
