The Role:
Meta Ads Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and performance-focused Meta Ads Specialist to take the lead on our paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
.
This is a Meta-first role. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimisation, and scaling of campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, while also supporting wider paid media initiatives where needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Campaign Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Build full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, scaling).
- Conduct structured creative and audience testing.
- Optimise campaigns based on performance data and KPIs.
Performance Analysis & Scaling
- Monitor performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Identify scaling opportunities for winning campaigns.
Budget & ROI Management
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend.
- Forecast performance and align campaigns with client growth targets.
Client Communication & Reporting
- Work directly with clients to understand commercial objectives.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex ad data into clear, actionable insights.
Broader Paid Media Support (Secondary)
- Support Google Ads or other paid platforms when required.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Strong, hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of generating measurable ROI through paid social.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and campaign structure.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data.
- Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
Desirable:
- Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Familiarity with broader digital marketing strategies.
