Force Gwent Police is seeking a Systems Implementation Support specialist for a fixed-term 12-month contract at 37 hours per week. The role supports both Gwent and South Wales Police as they transition to a Civica Cloud fleet management system, ensuring data transferred is accurate and functional.
You will record snags, progress resolutions, and mentor staff until they are fully conversant with the new system, with travel between forces as required.
