Maintenance Manager

A great opportunity has come to market for a Maintenance Manager to join a company that consistently invests in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work with reliable machinery and modern systems. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 years in a busy manufacturing plant. The Maintenance Manager will be involved in providing leadership and technical support across the engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects etc.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Manager

• Experienced in Managing engineers in a manufacturing environment

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager

• Mechanical engineering experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Reliability, Improvements, CMMS, Health and Safety

Desirable for the Maintenance Manager

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Manager in the UK.
• Experience with FMCG or Food Manufacturing
• Understanding or Experience of working in an Unionised environment.
