Project Manager Construction

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale construction projects within a newly established division of a leading tier one construction contractor. Operating in a secure and sensitive environment, the Project Manager will lead teams responsible for high-value, technically demanding works for a key client. Key responsibilities - Providing oversight to ensure successful delivery of complex and high-value construction projects, achieving both operational and commercial objectives through effective management of multidisciplinary teams and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Driving assigned projects to completion on schedule and within budget, prioritising safety, and quality by empowering and guiding site teams to execute strategic project plans. Taking overall responsibility for implementing company SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance from all employees and subcontractors. Serving as mentor, line manager, and escalation point for site teams, sharing expertise to support professional development.
