Regular travel to project sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of multiple rail projects from inception through to completion
  • Act as the client interface, managing consultants, contractors, and delivery partners

  • Provide strong commercial oversight, including cost reporting, forecasting, and value management
  • Manage projects under NEC forms of contract, ensuring contractual compliance
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and supply chain partners
  • Ensure robust governance, reporting, and assurance processes are in place

  • Strong commercial awareness and cost management experience
  • Solid working knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC3 / NEC4)
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to attend both office and project sites as required

  • Relevant professional qualifications (APM, PRINCE2, RICS, or similar)
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile rail projects across the South East
  • Hybrid working with a Central London base
  • Long-term career prospects within a growing rail function
