Position: Civil Framework Delivery Lead (Visa Sponsorship)

Lanesgroup is seeking a Framework Manager to oversee and deliver infrastructure projects in civil engineering. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, budget and schedule, and drive value for clients.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with HSE, quality and environmental standards. Occasional site visits and travel may be required.
