Vibe Recruit's client is seeking a Stores Operative to join its UK operations team. This role is a full time, permanent role with an immediate start. Based at the company's Cwmbran facility and reports to the UK Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and check all goods inwards, goods outwards, and inventory control within the main stores
Supervise stock components from work-in-progress to finished goods, ensuring accuracy and quality
Prepare and monitor outgoing packages
Operate equipment including forklifts, tools, and testing equipment
Co-ordinate all inbound and outbound freight activities with freight forwarding services
Support workshop scheduling requirements
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and use of appropriate PPE
Maintain and organise the stores area, including tools, equipment, and company assets

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong organisational skills
Mechanically minded with good practical problem-solving abilities
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Flexible, proactive, and innovative in approach
Comfortable using inventory management systems and other IT tools
Secondary education or equivalent
Practical mechanical training or hands-on experience
Forklift/Counterbalance experience
Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or stock control is an advantage
