A great opportunity is available for a Maintenance Manager to join a company that consistently invests in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work with reliable machinery and modern systems. The Maintenance Manager will manage a team of over 20 engineers in a busy manufacturing plant and provide leadership and technical support across engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects, etc.

• Manage a team of over 20 engineers in a busy manufacturing plant.
• Provide leadership and technical support across engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects, and more.

• Experienced in managing engineers in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical engineering experience.
• Engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with reliability, improvements, CMMS, health and safety.

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Manager in the UK.
• Experience with FMCG or food manufacturing.
