Materials Operator

Contract Details

This is a fixed‑term contract up to 24 months, with the potential for a permanent contract.

Working 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of:

• Mornings:
  Monday to Friday 6:45 am – 2:45 pm
• Afternoons:
  Monday to Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

  Communicate with your team and support staff to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Engage in training and participate in improvement initiatives to enhance processes and personal development.

  Follow procedures meticulously, quickly identify and address quality issues, and minimize downtime.
• Experience operating any PIV is helpful; training will be provided.
• Time Keeping:
  Deliver material in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and keeping the production line running smoothly.
• Safety Awareness:
  Understand safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Teamwork and Communication:
  Collaborate effectively within the Materials team and across departments, communicating clearly about processes, issues, and safety concerns.
• PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) Experience.
