Yolk Recruitment are supporting the recruitment campaign for a newly created New Product Development Technologist opportunity with an established food manufacturing business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food Technologist or NPD professional to play a key role in developing innovative products from initial concept through to successful commercial launch.

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will collaborate with customers, commercial teams, technical specialists, production, procurement, and suppliers to develop products that meet customer expectations, quality standards, food safety requirements, and manufacturing capabilities.

This role will suit a creative and technically strong Food Technologist who enjoys turning ideas into commercially successful products and working across the full product development lifecycle.

As a New Product Development Technologist, you will support the development, improvement, and launch of new and existing products. You will be responsible for managing development activities from early-stage concepts through trials, validation, and production implementation.
