Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to join our expanding Theatre Scrub Team at the new Specialist and Critical Care Centre.
Main duties of the jobThe theatre department provides a 24‑hour, seven‑day service. The role requires occasional weekends, nights, and supporting other theatre departments within ABUHB. Responsibilities include emergency and elective procedures covering General Surgery, ENT, Vascular, Obstetrics, Maxillofacial, Gynaecology, CEPOD and Trauma. Newly appointed candidates will undergo a comprehensive training programme with our designated theatre Practice Educator.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable;

Person specification Qualifications and Knowledge- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration OR Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with HCPC registration
