Job Description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Cwmbran area. Approx 2-4 hours per week* (likely to increase during busy periods). Pay: £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience: retail or merchandising, preferably in health & beauty. Use of a car is essential.

Ideal location:
Cwmbran, United Kingdom, NP44.

Territory covering:
Cwmbran and surrounding stores within 10 miles.

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Navigate fixtures (e.g., gondolas, bays, shelving).
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Ensure as much stock as possible is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays to make them eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Availability Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
• Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
• Confidence in talking to store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Own car for carrying promotional materials or small displays (may be delivered and stored at home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on the app – including sending clear photos and useful feedback.
