Role Overview

You will join our field-based retail merchandising team as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in Primark Cwmbram. Your main responsibility is to launch a new beauty brand into a fast‑paced high‑street store by keeping the beauty stands completely stocked and sales driven.

• Product placement and replenishment – arrange & organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales and monitor stock levels.
• Order products to avoid shortages.
• Become an expert on Health and Beauty products, brands and trends.
• Follow merchandising standards, store policies, processes and health and safety guidance.
• Implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts and offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via our feedback application.

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to fill beauty stands.
• Strong ownership and initiative within set time frames.
• Adequate manual handling skills to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
• Comfortable using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.

Confirmed working hours:
Thursday 07:00 – 10:00, Friday 07:00 – 11:00. Opportunities may arise to work across other categories such as books, entertainment, toys and general merchandising.
