Codi is a not-for-profit in Wales focused on housing, care and support. The Housing First Co-ordinator role is based in Rhondda Cynon Taf, joining a team of Floating Support Workers to assess customers, handle housing issues, maintain safe housing, and work with partners to prevent homelessness and empower clients to live independently.
You’ll manage a diverse caseload, apply housing legislation knowledge, signpost to external agencies, and collaborate with partners to sustain housing outcomes
