Nacro is recruiting for a housing and support role in Flintshire. You will assess needs, develop person-centred support plans, assist with housing applications and tenancy sustainment, and work with partners to improve outcomes for service users.
The role requires a full driving licence and regular travel. You will join a team delivering community accommodation with support under CAS-2, with clear progression and a competitive salary within Nacro’s pay framework.
