Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of direct experience supporting vulnerable young people in Children's Residential Care, CAMHS, or Community Support Packages.

Experienced Adult Support Workers with strong background in complex needs/challenging behaviors are welcomed, provided you demonstrate a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach and understanding of the PACE model.

Valid UK Driving License with access to a vehicle.

Experience supporting young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Challenge's, autism, or complex emotional needs in children.
