Moxie People are supporting a respected housing provider in Wales who are looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their Community Housing team on a temporary basis. This post covers Patch 22 in Cwmbran and involves frontline tenancy management, rent collection and ASB responsibilities.
You will manage a mixed caseload across rent, ASB and tenancy management, working with customers and partner agencies to sustain tenancies and maintain safe, resilient communities.
