Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized accounting & inventory assistant to help with accounting, receiving, and inventory responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Receive and organize shipments
- Restock shelves and supplies
- Track inventory across warehouses and operational departments
- Keep inventory records accurate and up to date
- Follow established processes and instructions
- Keep supplies and storage areas organized
Education Requirements:
- Associates degree or is currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as accounting, supply chain management, logistics, or business administration major
Skills:
- Follow instructions and established processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Enjoy structured processes and routine work
- Excel / Spreadsheet Application
- Business Analytics or Data Analysis
- Principles of Accounting
- Flexible Schedule
- Paid Sick time
- Monday to Friday
- Part-Time | 8-16 hours per week (potentially more), between 8am-6pm
