About the Role

Raymond West is looking for a strategic Chief Revenue Officer to join our team. The CRO is a key executive responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and shaping the organization’s financial trajectory, leading the development and execution of comprehensive sales and revenue strategies that align with the company’s long‑term objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, budget and forecast revenue‑generating plans and execute accordingly.

• Lead organizational improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize revenue operations across departments.

• Create budget plans and oversee data‑driven revenue optimization and pipeline management.

• Communicate growth strategies for generating revenue across all business units.

• Unify processes and integrate sales and marketing to maximize returns on marketing investments.

• Deliver a unified revenue plan for all business units.

• Monitor all revenue streams and adjust as necessary.

• Identify micro‑markets, develop pricing strategies, and target those markets for maximum return.

• Introduce new sales channels and partners and identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand reach.

• Maintain communication and relationships across organizational functions to manage revenue generation.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure revenue goals support overall company objectives. િયમ
