ELA and Math Tutor; K-12

Tutor Me Education, a leading educational service provider in the primary and secondary education space, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating safe, nurturing, and dynamic environments where students can learn and grow.

• Assist students with their daily activities, providing moral support and instruction.
• Deliver 1:1 or group instruction to students in Cerritos, CA.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to support lead teachers and help students achieve academic success.
• Provide in‑person instruction in Cerritos, CA and surrounding areas.
• Adhere to a consistent tutoring schedule of 3‑4 hour sessions, 4‑5 days a week between Monday through Friday.
• Focus support on ELA and/or Math.

• Ability to commute to/from Cerritos, CA.
• Must clear an FBI‑DOJ background check that is taken in person.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience highly preferred.
• Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments.
• Comfortable working in a classroom setting.
• Negative TB test result.

• Flexible schedule.
• Competitive pay: $25‑$35 per hour.
