Base Pay Range

$17.84/hr - $18.54/hr

As a Teacher, you are:

• caring: follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• engaged: develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, effectively communicating with families.
• knowledgeable: complete extensive training on child care, preschool and development topics.
• creative: implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences.

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Teacher: $17.84-$18.54/hr.
• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience.
• Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
