Test Engineer Supervisor​/Manager

Job Overview
JSG is seeking an experienced Test Engineer Supervisor / Manager to lead all test engineering operations for high-reliability aerospace and defense products. This role manages the development, execution, and optimization of test systems and processes while overseeing a large test engineering and technician team.

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 20+ test engineers and technicians.
• Oversee creation and improvement of test procedures, fixtures, and automated test systems.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, and MIL-STD requirements.
• Investigate failures, drive RCCA, and support production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Manage test documentation, data integrity, equipment maintenance, and calibration.
• Support NPI test planning and ensure test readiness for new programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test yield, cycle time, and throughput.
• Lead a high-impact, mission-critical engineering function.
• Work with advanced aerospace & defense technologies in a fast-growing organization.

• BS degree required in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related). Master’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience managing 20+ people in test engineering or production test environments.
• 5+ years of test engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics.
• Strong knowledge of automated test systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition tools.
• Experience with cable assemblies, PCBs, or electromechanical test processes.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Salary range: $80K‑$100K DOE
