- Developing and testing CNC programs for various machines and materials
- Providing technical support and training to customers and sales staff on CNC products and software
- Troubleshooting and resolving CNC-related issues and problems
- Conducting demonstrations and presentations of CNC products and solutions
- Collaborating with other engineers and departments on CNC projects and initiatives
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in CNC programming, operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in CNC software such as Mastercam, Solid Works, AutoCAD, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
