CNC Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

Be a definitive technical expert for a global innovator in high‑precision CNC machine manufacturing. Our client seeks an elite Field Service Engineer based in Los Angeles. This critical, autonomous field role demands 3‑5 years of deep CNC expertise in electrical and mechanical repair, coupled with the fluency to interpret complex schematics (mechanical drawings, electrical, and PLC diagrams). As the primary technical authority, you must excel in customer leadership and be ready for 50%+ regional travel to ensure maximum machine performance for top clients.

Experience with controls (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens) is highly valued.

• Exceptional customer communication and service skills to manage relationships and difficult situations positively.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50 %+ within an assigned multi‑state territory.
• Prior experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens controls is highly valued.
