Chief Revenue Officer – Raymond West (Multiple Locations)
Raymond West is seeking a strategic Chief Revenue Officer to drive sustainable revenue growth and shape our financial trajectory. This executive leads the development and execution of comprehensive sales and revenue strategies aligned with the company’s long‑term objectives, collaborating closely with marketing, finance, and operations to foster a unified approach to achieving organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, budget, and forecast revenue‑generating plans and execute accordingly.
- Lead organizational improvements that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize revenue operations across departments.
- Create budget plans and oversee data‑driven revenue optimization and pipeline management.
- Communicate growth strategies for generating revenue across all business units.
- Unify processes and integrate sales and marketing to maximize returns on marketing investments.
- Deliver a unified revenue plan for all business units.
- Monitor all revenue streams and adjust as necessary.
- Identify micro‑markets and craft pricing strategies to maximize returns.
- Introduce new sales channels and partners while exploring new market opportunities.
- Maintain cross‑functional communication and relationships to manage revenue generation.
- Implement data‑driven improvements and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure revenue goals support overall company objectives.
Skills and Abilities
- Proven experience in senior revenue leadership roles within a growth‑oriented organization.
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive alignment toward revenue goals.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred), or a minimum of ten years’ sales leadership experience.
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree and five years of related work experience. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree and ten years in a management capacity.
50% travel (approximately 20 hours per week). Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.
Physical Requirements- Position is sedentary and desk‑bound.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Salary range: $220,900 – $310,890.
Qualified candidates must pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
