- Lead site staff and maintain a clean, safe & efficient site.
- Assist with daily paperwork in the Manager/Assistant Site Manager absence.
- Provide the best customer experience by training the team on internal and external programs and building loyalty through the membership program.
- Train team on Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
- Provide daily direction to staff and ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and maintain regular communication with the Site Manager.
- Execute on‑site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
- Create a culture of exceptional customer care and leadership.
- Maintain product knowledge and prepare products consistently.
- Ensure clean work areas and a safe environment for employees, vendors, and guests.
- Follow directions and make decisions consistent with job functions.
- Perform after‑hours site cleaning (e.g., tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, tunnel walls, tunnel pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area).
- Maintain personal appearance and grooming and wear proper uniform.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits.
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Be a team player.
- Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.
- Offer & sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
- Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
- Prep the vehicle within company guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks (verify vehicles are BLISS‑clean and wipe down as needed).
- Highest level of customer care and ability to adapt to high‑volume retail.
- Capacity to take initiative when problems arise.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Demonstrated ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead, support, and contribute to team goals.
- Proficient in English.
- Communicate operational concerns with Management and co‑workers.
- Reports to the Site Manager.
- Works outdoors with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment, and cleaning solvents.
- Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions.
- Noise and vibration exposure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Flexible hours, night, day, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate all related equipment.
