Job Summary:We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical documentation support and evaluate concessions and non-conforming parts in our manufacturing facility. This role requires hands‑on experience and the ability to perform data analysis to identify root causes and improve manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical documentation support for manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate and analyze concessions and non‑conforming parts to determine corrective actions.
- Perform data analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement process improvements.
- Support shop floor operations and manufacturing activities.
- Read and interpret manufacturing prints, ensuring compliance with design standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product engineering and manufacturing efficiency.
- Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and non‑conforming parts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of design for manufacturing concepts.
- Hands‑on experience in a shop/manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1 or more years of relevant work experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience creating and updating technical documents and reports.
- Understanding of product engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.
