1st shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

A leader in the Client application of Ceramic Matrix Composites, our High Temperature Composites team is growing quickly at the frontline of the company s strategic development. This location in Huntington Beach, CA is expanding our manufacturing processes and needs a Process Technician to support increased production.

Our Process Technician will perform manufacturing/operational tasks for which they have been trained, in accordance with team requirements and company standards (e.g., Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Management System, and Production System), including the manufacture and assembly of components and sub-assemblies.

• Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure equipment is safe and reliable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion during a shift.
• Work as an individual and as a team player to achieve objectives.
• Safely handle compressed gas cylinders and other containers of potentially hazardous chemicals.
• Follow production plans to meet customer requirements.
• Resolve conflicts within the team to maintain high standards of professionalism.
• This is an entry level position and we are willing to train the right person.
• Participate in cost reduction and operational improvements to satisfy customer needs.
• Must be able to work a second or third shift depending on business needs.

Basic

• High School diploma or GED
• Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
• Familiar with Microsoft Office

Preferred

• Experience with in industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience working with compressed gases in industrial processes
• Detail oriented and able to follow procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude
