Quality Inspector - Cypress, TX

Join a Leading Lighting Manufacturer as a Quality Inspector – Steady Schedule, Great Team Environment!

• Pay:$15/hour

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Location: Houston, TX

• Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

• Environment: Well-structured quality department with steady workflow

• Inspect incoming materials, purchased parts, subassemblies, and finished goods used in manufacturing decorative lighting.

• Record inspection results accurately using the company’s computer database.

• Participate in creating or revising standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Recommend corrective actions to senior inspectors when necessary.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production deadlines.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of quality control or inspection experience (receiving inspection preferred)

• Basic mechanical aptitude and arithmetic skills

• Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
