Adaptive Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home OT services field-based across assigned territory. You will perform evaluations, create plans of care, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure safe, independent living for patients.
You’ll use Homecare Homebase for documentation and scheduling, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. Must hold Texas OT license and be comfortable with daily travel.
