QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED required.

Possess basic accounting skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business office environment preferred.

Strong mathematical skills.

Superb time management and ability to handle high volume of invoices.

Proficient computer skills

Possess strong interpersonal communication and orgranizational skills.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

244 days

SALARY/PAYGRADE:

$42,920 – CP7

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain accurate vendor files.

Communicate with school employees and vendors.

Verify all invoices as to accuracy.

Assist vendors in resolving problems.

Process vendor payments.

Assist in the year-end close process.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.

Work with frequent interruptions, and maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of a computer.
