Membership Concierge

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value‑based relationships that increase member loyalty and assist them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assist members with transactions and general account changes.

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi‑task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

• HS graduate or equivalent preferred.
