You'll coordinate program enrollment, allocate teaching resources, and support our social media marketing outreach. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of our camp runs smoothly, so that our students and camp staff can have the best possible experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

As an Instructor, you will:

  • Lead groups of up to 24 students through our curriculum-guided activities, promoting creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Inspire and educate students on STEM concepts while creating a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Encourage and monitor individual student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet their needs
  • Adequately prepare for each program through training and curriculum review, ensuring the highest quality instruction
  • Handle inquiries from parents and promote enrollment in future Snapology programs, building strong relationships with families
  • Participate in periodic training and staff meetings, enhancing your skills and knowledge
  • As a Program Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate student registration and program enrollment, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
  • Help coordinate and allocate teaching resources across programs, maximizing our ability to deliver exceptional instruction
  • Support our social media marketing outreach, spreading the word about Snapology's fun and educational programs
  • Coordinate timely preparation of materials, ensuring that everything is ready for a successful camp experience
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and exceptional customer service
  • Provide general administrative/office support, contributing to the smooth operation of our camp
  • Present our offerings and secure school partnerships and contracts with youth organizations, expanding our reach and impact

    • Weekday in-school field trips

    This position is part-time. Depending on candidate availability and the time of year, Summer STEAM CAMP Program Coordinator and Lead Instructor typically work between 10-20 hours per week. Compensation: $25.00 per hour
