Reading & Writing Exam Prep Tutor for Test Prep (in-person, part-time)

Huntington Learning Center in Cypress, TX is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Reading and Writing instructors who can teach high school level skills to students preparing for the SAT or ACT. Applicants will have an impact on students' college readiness and enrich their educational experience.

Base pay: $18.00/hr – $19.50/hr pay is based on experience and skill level.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Expertise in High School English
• Proficiency demonstrated by a score of 700+ on the Reading and Writing section of the SAT
• Teachers, retired professionals and subject matter experts encouraged to apply
• Ready to make a difference in the lives of students and their families

• Provide instruction to Huntington students
• Complete Huntington Training program on Tutoring Exam Prep
• Alert Assistant Directors to any concerns and suggest program changes
• Focus on standardized test prep best practices (SAT/ACT)

• Evenings Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
