Are you a dedicated leader with a heart for fostering spiritual growth and discipleship among students in grades 6-12? CyLife Church in Cypress, Texas, is seeking a visionary Student Pastor to lead and execute student ministry with a focus on creating environments for faith growth, team empowerment, and preparing students for a life of mission and service. This integral role demands strong communication skills, relational leadership, and team‑building qualities in alignment with the church's mission and values, to help guide and support students on their spiritual journeys.

Cypress, TX is a rapidly growing suburb in the NW Houston metro. Houston is the most diverse city in the US, and Cypress and CyLife Church are a clear reflection of that. The population of Cypress is over 201,000 and will grow extensively over the next 5 years. The Cy‑Fair school district is the 3rd largest in the state and is home to some of the highest performing schools in Texas, both academically and athletically.
