Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Sign‑On Bonus

$200 for Behavior Technicians and $500 for Registered Behavior Technicians. Bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months of employment and 50% after 6 months of employment.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in‑home, in‑school, or in‑clinic
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and report data on target behaviors
• Participate in behavior management programming
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability
• Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions available
• Locations:
  Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team‑oriented mindset
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
