In-Home Caregiver PRN

Always Best Care Senior Services in Cypress, TX is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide support and assistance to senior clients in their homes. This position is a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and well‑being of our clients, and offers an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor clients' overall health
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for clients, following any specific dietary guidelines
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and laundry as needed
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well‑being
• Report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor or family member
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

• Compensation at $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, paid weekly
