Neuron Psychiatry is seeking experienced Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing outpatient practice. This role offers flexible hybrid options (in-office and telehealth), a strong clinical support structure, and a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide psychotherapy and patient/family psychoeducation as appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional boundaries
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited PMHNP program
• Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Active PMHNP certification (ANCC)
• Active DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry, telepsychiatry, or private practice
• Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual skills (preferred, not required)
