Job Description Purpose and ScopeThe Coordinator I, Human Resources Support Services will support the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of Local Human Resources (Local HR) operations across assigned campuses. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the Form I-9 process, maintaining and updating Local HR standard operating procedures, and leading internal Local HR process audits. The Coordinator will provide operational HR support and extended backup coverage to multiple Local HR offices, promoting standardized practices while supporting day‑to‑day Local HR support and service.
