Overview
Technology Analyst – O365 Administration (One Drive and SharePoint online). Full-time position located in Cypress, TX. US Citizen or GC required to apply.
Qualifications- Required:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - Required:
At least 2 years of information technology experience.
- At least 2 years of technical experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- At least 1 year of extensive knowledge and experience deploying, managing, and supporting Office 365, especially One Drive for Business and SharePoint.
- Experience with on-premise to SharePoint Online migrations.
- Experience implementing, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online, secure email gateways, and ADFS.
- Architecture and deployment experience with Exchange 2010/2013 including mailbox and public folder environment.
- Experience with end-user mailbox troubleshooting and creation.
- Troubleshooting knowledge on mail flow and third-party spam filtering (e.g., Proofpoint, Trend Micro).
- Experience configuring/deploying ADFS.
- Experience with Microsoft instant messaging platform (Lync/Skype for Business).
