The General Manager is a strong leader dedicated to cultivating relationships within the studio, role‑modeling high‑quality instructors, and driving studio growth.

All General Managers must complete the JETSET Pilates training program and instruct an average of 8 classes per week, remaining in the studio during class times for a minimum of 25 classes weekly.

• Work closely with leadership to manage day‑to‑day operations and implement company‑wide strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service and a fitness experience consistent with JETSET Pilates standards.
• Run reports and analyze key performance indicators, including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed studio‑specific goals.
• Respond to client inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and positively.
• Foster relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities and potential corporate partners.

Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules.
• Maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages as needed.
• Plan and host team meetings and social events.
• Oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads, ensuring career growth.
• Drive studio performance on metrics such as number of classes, utilization, first visits, and memberships.
